No new backend features, but several UI improvements:

	* Confirmation dialog before overwriting files
	* Lists of resources/widgets shown in the GUI are now always
	  sorted by ID
	* The "Add New Resource" dialog now remembers the last
	  resource type
	* New option to display resources in the main window in a flat
	  list
	* New translation: rw (Kinyarwanda)
